  • Narrative Application Details

    The entire narrative part of the application should be five pages or less.
    1. Briefly describe your project.
    2. Describe the population that you serve. Include the total number of children you serve and the percentage that would be considered low to middle income (including if/how you determine LMI families)
    3. Describe how you currently incorporate active outdoor play in your program and how your proposal addresses an identified need.
    4. Describe the team that you expect will be involved in the planning process.
    5. Describe how you are prepared to use the plan to support next steps at your organization. Include any existing or anticipated funding efforts, grant sources or other resources that will allow you to act upon your completed plan.
    6. Describe how you might work with the Children at Play Network to use your project to advance play initiatives in the region.
